"It was a Horror Story" | Interview with Dr. Florian Kongoli

Dr. Florian Kongoli, President of the Council of Administration of Atlantic Green Tech, opened his talk in Singapore by discussing the Fenix Project, which is being developed in Ibimirim, in Brazil’s Pernambuco region, based on Flogen's Sustainability Model. He highlighted the contributions of Verreadora Sandra, President Welliton, Professors Wilson and Natércia, as well as CEO Mario Linhares and the Atlantica team. Dr. Kongoli also mentioned that he will be receiving the Honorary Citizenship Award of Ibimirim on June 3rd, in recognition of this significant project.

In his talk, Dr. Kongoli recalled his 2019 visit to Singapore, where he spoke about sustainability and artificial intelligence, predicting AI's broader adoption. He reaffirmed his focus on applying the «FLOGEN Sustainability Framework» to real-world issues, using the Ibimirim agroforestry project as an example. This project aims to prevent desertification in the region within the next 10 years by applying science and technology.
