On 26 November 2019 Dr. Florian Kongoli, became Honorary Citizen of Rio de Janeiro in a Plenary Siting Ceremony of Rio de Janeiro City Hall based on the Legislative Decree No. 1901/2019 voted unanimously in the plenary session of 9 October 2019.
