Dr Florian Kongoli participated in an official government delegation in India accompanying HE, Dr. Yves Bolduc, the Minister of Health and Social Services, a follow up of last year's official visit in India accompanying HE, Clement Gignac, the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Exportation and the visit in 2010 accompanying Honourable Mr. Jean Charest, the Prime Minister of Quebec.
