As part of Yazawa International Symposium, the organizers are pleased to offer a number of opportunities for sponsorship of the symposium and the promotion of several companies.
The raised funds will be directly deposited in a special TMS account and will be used to partially support the following: - The publication of the Proceedings of the Symposium (the collection of scientific papers).
- The travel and registration expenses of invited
- students who will be chosen as winners of a public student-author contest
- young metallurgist and material scientists
- renown scientists and speakers
- Symposium social events, etc.
We are currently offering three corporate sponsorship packages:
Gold Sponsorship - 5,000 USDThis package includes: - Full Page advertisement in the Proceedings
- Company name and logo on the Symposium sponsors posters and in the presentation room
- Company name and logo in the Web Page of the Symposium with a link to their Web pages
- An official appreciation thanking of sponsors in the official and informal activities
- One complimentary registration
Silver Sponsorship - 2,000 USD This package includes: - List of the company name in the list of sponsors in the Proceedings
- Company name and logo in the Web Page of the Symposium with a link to their Web pages
- An official appreciation thanking of sponsors in the official and informal activities
Special Event Sponsorship - cost to be determined This package includes: - The sponsored event will bear the name of the sponsoring company
- Company name and logo on the event hall
- List of the company name in the list of sponsors in the Proceedings
Company name and logo in the Web Page of the Symposium with a link to their Web pages Personal Donations are also welcomed
Personal Donations- The name of the donator will be included in the Symposium promotional materials and in the Symposium Proceedings as Symposium Supporting Individual
