The Symposia chairs and co-chairs have a 50 Euros discount calculated automatically (Students, Retirees and Young Researchers are excluded since they already have sizable discounts)
The registration fees include the following:
- Welcoming Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Monday, 27 November 2023
- Theme Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Tuesday, 28 November 2023
- Gala Dinner, Drinks, Award Ceremony and Artistic/Dancing Show on Wednesday, 29 November 2023
- Dinner and Artistic/Dancing Show on Thursday, 30 November 2023 (to be decided)
- Half day guided tour (Afternoon) at Panama Canal, one of everyone's life bucket list wishes, experiencing the Science and Engineering behind it is also included
- All coffee break refreshments
- Conference materials (badges, lanyards, printed program)
- Participation in all scientific symposia and technical sessions of the summit

GUEST POLICY
The registration fee for one additional guest is 250 Euros, in order for the guest to participate in all activities alongside his/her own summit attendee. This includes:
- Welcoming Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on 27 November 2023
- Theme Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on 28 November 2023
- Gala Dinner, Drinks, Award Ceremony and Artistic/Dancing Show on 29 November 2023
- Dinner and Artistic/Dancing Show on 30 November 2023 (to be decided)
- Half day guided tour (Afternoon) at Panama Canal, one of everyone's life bucket list wishes experiencing firsthand the Marvel of Science and Engineering. The IMAX Theater at the start explaining the Science and Engineering behind it is also included.
- Summit badges and lanyards
