ELIGIBILITY FOR RETIREE

In order to obtain a Retiree discounted Registration Fee, you must:
- (Only for Authors) Be an author or co-author on the approved abstract and/or paper.
- Accept to volunteer during the SIPS as Session Chair.
- Provide an official document that confirms that status of Retiree.
- Have booked the conference hotel for at least three days of the conference and stay there for at least three days.
NOTE: The hotel has to be booked directly from the SIPS summit booking link that gives the cheapest rates available for this hotel. Since the hotel has given us the cheapest rates possible for our summit any other booking through other web sites or travel agencies does not qualify.
ACTION ITEM: Please login in your account, fill the forms with the necessary information and upload the required documents.
As soon as we receive the above documents though the web site we will send you a response via email within 72 hours with proper information to complete the registration.
