The Resort has assured that the contracted rates at this resort for SIPS 2025 event will be at least 10% lower than publicized rates with the same type and service offered compared to public available rates in other channels. Room Types:
Room types will be subject to availability as no space is secured unless each guest makes their reservation.
Deposit:
In order to guarantee each reservation full payment will be applied automatically to the credit card provided at the moment of booking.
Cancellation & Attrition Policy:
- One (1) night cancellation to be paid if cancelled before 30 August 2025.
- No cancellation after 30 August 2025 will be accepted only change of occupants but guaranteed stay dates should be the same.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in (after 08:00) or late check-out (before 18:00) will be charged 50% of the above rate.
Early check-in (before 08:00) or late check-out (after 18:00) will be charged 100% of the above rate.
