Registration fees:
They are the cheapest registration fees compared to any professional society conference held in any hotel. Normally the registration fees for conferences today cost 700-800 € and include only one finger food reception. The participation in the banquet, cost an additional 150-200€ which totals to 850-1000€. Our normal fee of 869€ covers all dinners during the conference and artistic entertainment every night. The same registration fee covers all symposia that are held under the same roof as part of the summit.
Hotel rates:
The hotel special rates that we have assured as an additional service to authors and attendees are the cheapest as a result of our deal with the hotel. This is to be highlighted at this situation of sky-high hotels rates after the pandemic. The price is for half board (covers breakfast and lunch) (starting from 75€ per person/day in a double room) and it is designed along with registration fees that the attendees pay nothing extra from their pocket since the dinners are covered within the registration fees. https://www.flogen.org/sips2024/page.php?p=29. As it may be noticed the registration fees and the hotel rates cover all food that are normally not covered by most universities. Also, the special rates are valid up to 5 days before and 5 days after the summit to give the option that attendees to stay for vacation if they desire.
Airlines special rates:
We have assured as another additional service to the authors at attendees 5-25% discounts from many major airlines or group of airlines for SIPS attendees available 5-7 days before and after the summit does. They are described here:
