Helpful Tips for Co-chairs to Achieve Success
- Suggest past/present colleagues, students, graduate students/young researchers, etc. to invite on your behalf.
- Advise FLOGEN committee for potential financial/non-financial sponsors. You can also reach out to them, and we will follow up with an official email. Any successful financial sponsorship will be used to cover the co-chair registration fees and, depending on the size of sponsorship, some other expenses.
- Distribute the flyer of the symposium and information about the summit to your colleagues, professors, and students and invite them to attend:
- Hand over the flyers at your own organization/company/university or in other professional conferences you attend.
- Display the flyers on the billboard of your own organization/company/university or in other organizations and institutions you visit and relevant community spaces.
- Present the flyer of the symposium as the last slide of all your presentations at other conferences, workshops, or internal and private meetings, and invite the attendees to submit abstract and papers or simply attend.
- Include the flyer of the symposium on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and invite contacts to submit abstracts and papers or simply attend.
- The flyer of the symposium can be found in the web site of the symposium before the photos of the chairs.
- Share and repost the symposium logo, banner, event updates, important dates, or interesting topics on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- The logos, banners, and all promotional materials of the symposium and summit can be found in the website under the information section such as logo, banner, and flyer.
- Encourage paper submissions to get all available registration discounts.
- Explain the special and low registration rates that include all dinners, shows, and many other activities.
- Offer incentives - those who can't afford to participate can suggest us a list of potential participants to invite, and with their registration fees, we can cover some of the participating expenses of the person who has suggested them.
