GUEST POLICY

Definition of a guest: A wife/husband, partner, family member, son/daughter, or child (staying in the same room) who is not an author, presenter/speaker, or co-author.

The registration fee for one additional guest is 250 Euros, in order for the guest to participate in all activities alongside his/her own summit attendee. This includes:
  • Welcoming Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Sunday, 20 October 2024
  • Theme Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Monday, 21 October 2024
  • Gala Dinner, Drinks, Award Ceremony and Artistic/Dancing Show on Tuesday, 22 October 2024
  • Dinner and Artistic/Dancing Show on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 (to be decided)
  • Summit badges and lanyards
