Exposure to mutant and neglected disease resistant pathogen strains is high and presents a significant threat to public health, peace and economic mobility. This paper will define the paradigm shift in understanding of everyday terms such as temperature, Ohm’s Law, electric charge, mass, frequency and wavelength.

The electrodynamic therapy to rid pathogens is a direct result of interdisciplinary research work in physics, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine. The rationale of this original research is in the realm of empirical biophysics.
