Short Bio:

YAVUZHAN KAYA got his Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Istanbul University. He started his career as “Production Engineer” at ETIKROM’s high carbon ferrochrome plant in Turkiye. In 2012, he became “Principal Production Engineer”. In 2014, he was appointed to YILMADEN HOLDING’s corporate team as a “Project Management Specialist”. For some years global managerial experiences , in 2022, he was promoted to "Metallurgy Director" position for YILMADEN HOLDING.
He has wide experience in the ferroalloy field, R&D and Innovation activities. He has been recently much focusing on green production, green transformation, circular economy value added secondary product developments.
