Abstract:The new concept of intrapreneurship as opposed to entrepreneurship is presented, and the similarities and differences that exist between those two concepts are described. While entrepreneurship is undertaking risk to create something new at the societal level, intrapreneurship is doing the same thing but within an organization. The advantages of applying the right criteria for intrapreneurship within a specific organization are highlighted. |
