German F. de la Fuente

Short Bio:

German F. de la Fuente is currently Professor of Research at the Institute of Nanoscience and Materials of Aragón (CSIC-Univ. Zaragoza) in Spain, where he started a Laser Laboratory three decades ago. He has published over 150 scientific papers and has coordinated many international and national research projects, as well as a large number of knowledge-transfer projects with industrial partners. His main research goals are to develop energy efficient and environmentally respectful laser processing methods, based on the advancement of the understanding of laser-matter interactions from a physico-chemical point of view.
