ELIGIBILITY FOR STUDENTS
In order to obtain a student discounted Registration Fee, you must:
- (Only for Authors) Be an author or co-author on the approved abstract and/or paper.
- Accept to volunteer during the SIPS as a student monitor or serve as a Student Session Chair.
- Be enrolled in a recognized public or private university or college and must provide:
- Dated photo student ID card AND Letter from university or college on your school letterhead stating that you are enrolled in a course.
OR - Report card related to current year AND Letter from university or college on your school letterhead stating that you are enrolled in a course.
OR
- Report card related to current year AND Tuition bill (private institutions)
OR
- Dated photo student ID card AND Tuition bill (private institutions)
OR
- Tuition bill (private institutions) AND Letter from university or college on your school letterhead stating that you are enrolled in a course.
- Have booked the conference hotel for at least three days of the conference and stay there for at least three days.
NOTE: The hotel has to be booked directly from the SIPS summit booking link that gives the cheapest rates available for this hotel. Since the hotel has given us the cheapest rates possible for our summit any other booking through other web sites or travel agencies does not qualify.

As soon as we receive the above documents, we will send you a response via email within 72 hours with proper information to complete the registration.
