Mr. Carey operates as the General Manager and has been with Bear since December of 2006. His previous positions with Bear include Engineering Manager and Plant Manager. Prior to joining Bear, Mr. Carey was engineering manager/engineer for several organizations including Ply Gem at NAPCO, MFG Inc., and Rhone-Poulenc. Mr. Carey has experience as an instructor of automation and robotics, while employed at SONY. A veteran of Desert Storm, Mr. Carey served almost 10 years in the US Navy. Mr. Carey’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from the US Navy and Thomas Edison State College. He received his MBA in Finance from Waynesburg University. Mr Carey was awarded a US Patent in 1996 for his work designing an electronic security device. Mr. Carey resides in Allison Park, PA. He is a private pilot and an avid sailor.

Mr. Hasan Giray has recently appointed as general manager at Eti krom incorporation of Yılmaden holding. He received his bachelor's degree in mining engineering from the university of Nine September at Izmir, Turkey in 1989. He has more than 28 years’ experience in mine operations, mineral processing operations and hydrometallurgical operations, and brings considerable operational knowledge and management experience and skills to the company, particularly in the development and implementation of mechanized mining operations & projects. He has previously held various roles at both majors and juniors within the gold mining, copper mining and nickel & cobalt mining sectors. His career has included 4 years working in South Africa for GFSA Ltd, 7 years in Turkey for Inmet mining corp., 4 years in Turkey for Newmont corp., 7 years in turkey for Koza gold corp., 2 years in Turkey for Alamos gold corp., 2 years in Turkey for Meta nickel corp. and 2 years in Turkey for Etibakır corporation.

Prof. Sergey Kolyvanov was born in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In 1980, he graduated from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute and worked at the Metallurgy Scientific Institute as a Metallurgical Engineer. In 1982, he relocated to a metallurgical plant in Chelyabinsk and Stary Oskol, where he was promoted from Assistant Steelmaker to Technical Director of the Steelmaking Production. In 2005, he moved to the head office of the “Mechel” company in Moscow, and worked as Head of the Department and Director of Metallurgy Direction Development of the company. From 2008 to present, Prof. Kolyvanov has been working as a Managing Director of the OOO “TFZ” in the town of Tikhvin, Leningrad Region. Prof. Kolyvanov has a number of publications in scientific magazines, concerning the theory and practice in the production of steel and ferroalloys. For his activities in metallurgy, he was awarded with the title of "Engineer of the Year in the Russian Federation", an Honorary Metallurgist of the Russian Federation and was rewarded with a letter of gratitude from the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region.

Johan Svensson, Managing Director at Vargön Alloys AB since 2009, has been working for the company in different positions for over 22 years. Previous positions have been Financial manager and Commercial manager. Other working experiences from Auditing firm, Paper & Pulp as well as Automotive industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Karlstad University in 1988. Prior to university education he was trained in the Swedish army to Captain rank. Johan Svensson is a board member in Euroalliages, the association of European Ferro-alloy producers where he has served as President for the maximum terms.
