Since commerce, trade and all industries are increasingly becoming cyber-dependent, it would be compulsory for every state to set and implement a cybersecurity strategy for a safer cyberspace and enable sharing of information when possible and when it does not infringe certain privileges. In a symposium centered on the sustainable industrial development, it would be essential to analyze how Cybersecurity and Legal Professional Privilege can essentially and positively contribute to achieving related goals of sustainable development and industrial growth or at least in safeguarding their main objectives. |
