This paper presents the results of many years of research on the management of hazardous solid waste, as well as on the achievement of the technology that destroys hazardous chemical waste. In this paper, the efficiency of this approach is presented both from the point of view of environmental protection and in the overall financial effect that can be achieved. Based on the considerations of the level of development of science and technology and relevant market needs, we propose advanced technologies and plans for complete treatment-incineration of hazardous chemical waste for quantities up to 100 kg / day, which is classified in the so-called "small" plants. This solution represents a modest contribution to the modern technologies of hazardous waste disposal in general, but has enormous significance for the eco-security and sustainable development in countries of the Ex Yugoslavia, the Balkans, and beyond.
