The following special prices are assured for the summit attendees at Rio Othon Palace. These rates are available from Oct 31st 2018 to November 11th 2018.

- Deluxe Ocean View Room: R$ 394.00 + 15% tax = €101.99
- Ocean Front Deluxe Room: R$ 473.00 + 15% tax = €122.44
- Ocean Front Super Deluxe Room: R$ 531.00 + 15% tax = €137.46
- Ocean Front Junior Suite: R$ 589.00 + 15% tax = €152.47
- Ocean Front Executive Suite R$ 647.00 + 15% tax = €167.49
- Ocean Front Deluxe Executive Suite: R$ 734.00 + 15% = €190.00
- Ocean Front Super Deluxe Executive Suite: R$ 908.00 + 15% tax = €235.05

INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION FEES:
- Room accommodation for up to two adults (second adult is free)
- Children under 12 are free when in the same room with parents (maximum of 1 child free per room)
- FREE hotel restaurant-served buffet breakfast starting at 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM; early check-in and late check-out provided upon hotel availability
