ELIGIBILITY: YOUNG RESEARCHER

In order to obtain a Young Researcher discounted Registration Fee, you must:

Accept to volunteer during the sips2018 as a Young Researcher monitor or serve as a Young Researcher Session Chair
Have 0-3 years of work experience after finishing the latest degree.
Provide an official copy of your latest degree and a work attestation certificate
Have booked the conference hotel for at least three days of the conference and stay there for at least three days.
NOTE: The hotel has to be booked directly from the SIPS2018 summit booking link that gives the cheapest rates available for this hotel from 31 October to 11 November 2018. Since the hotel has given us the cheapest rates possible for our summit any other booking through other web sites or travel agencies does not qualify.

As soon as we receive them, we will reply you by email within 72 hours with proper information to complete the registration
