Mr. EROL is responsible for all metallurgical operations of YILMADEN Companies and also Board Members of most of them.
Mr. EROL has accumulated 36 years of experience in the Iron and Steel, mining & metals, refractory industry, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Energy, Industrial Furnace and Plant Operations,Energy and Safety Management Systems, Total Quality Management, Collective Agreement Bargaining and Industrial Relationship Management, Strategic Planning and Risk Management, Feasibility Studies and Investment, Green Energy and reduction of Carbon footprint studies, Merger & Acquisition, Restructuring of Company after acquisition and preparation for a sale of company. Strong business development professional graduated from Middle East Technical University.
Mr. EROL previously served as the General Manager of the KUMAS Refractories leading Company of Turkey which produce magnesite base refractories. He was production Manager of biggest Iron and Steel Companies of Turkey which name is ERDEMİR. He received a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and has graduated the METU Executive Business Administration Program.
