Marcos Paulo Barrias is a professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the field of Law and governmental relations. He holds a degree in Law from Candido Mendes University and has also completed an MBA in Business Economics at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF), where he developed a comprehensive understanding of public administration and economic issues.
Currently, Marcos serves as a public servant in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro, where he plays a crucial role in governmental relations. Since September 2021, he has been dedicated to important initiatives that promote regional development, cultural access, and the recovery of public heritage in the interior of the state. His work has been instrumental in establishing agreements that have resulted in significant infrastructure projects, reflecting his commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life for the population.
Prior to his current role in government, Marcos had a rich political career that allowed him to deeply understand the challenges and opportunities within public administration. As a coordinator at the Instituto Coalizão, he led initiatives focused on sustainable development and promoted improvements in essential areas such as education, health, and infrastructure.
