Migen Dibra was a Montreal Bar Award Recipient for Excellence in Civil Law (2003) and specialized in Civil and Common Law. She was a member of Quebec Bar and affiliated with numerous organizations such as Women in the Legal Profession Committee of the Montreal Bar, Consulting Committee of Businesspeople of Carrefour, Interuniversity Research Center on Labour Globalization. In academia she published numerous peer review articles in well-known law journals around the world. Her 2016 PhD thesis was a magnificent contribution of 761 pages to the right of employees during mergers and acquisitions. In court related research, one of her successes was the preparation of a Complete Guide of 129 pages for the judges of the Quebec Court of Appeal, the highest court in Quebec, Canada, entitled: "The Single Judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec and a Guide of his/her functions" a guide used daily by Court of Appeal judges. In litigation she successfully pleaded several cases in front of all instances of the Quebec courts. A highlight is her wining in all instances in Quebec Superior Court, Quebec Court of Appeal, Quebec Labour Relations Board against a team of numerous lawyers of Law Cabinets together, a success that that got echoed in the Montreal Gazette, the biggest daily newspaper in Montreal island.
