Alexandre Mendes Meyohas is a professional with a solid foundation in Statistics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, completed in 1990, and a career marked by a constant pursuit of improvement. His education is complemented by an MBA in Information Technology Management from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas of Rio de Janeiro and a specialization in Systems Analysis from PUC-Rio. Currently, Alexandre is developing his Professional Master's thesis in Public Management at UERJ, focusing on the "Challenge of Human Resources Management in the Government Sector". The research investigates the productivity and quality of life of public servants in Rio de Janeiro, and the defense of his thesis is scheduled for December 2024.
Throughout his career, Alexandre has stood out for his contributions to the public sector, especially in the Secretariat of State for Civil Affairs of Rio de Janeiro, where he serves as Subsecretary of Human Resources Management. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of policies and projects aimed at human resources management in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro. His experience also includes working in social security and technology companies, where he coordinated technical teams and managed IT systems, always focused on efficiency and process improvement.
In addition to his professional activities, Alexandre is an Effective Member of the Board of Directors of the Imprensa Oficial do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and a Member of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. He also carries out social activities, dedicating himself weekly to the distribution of food to people in vulnerable situations, reflecting his commitment to human development and social well-being.
