Cancellations/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration and Hotel Package:
Cancellation of Registration and Hotel Package must be received in writing by SIPS 2015 at secretary@flogen.org. Please do not contact the hotel directly
- For cancellations received before or on August 1, 2015 an administrative fee of € 150 will be applied
- For cancellations received on or after August 1, 2015 there will be no refund
- For non-arrivals the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
- For late arrival /early departure as referred to the dates confirmed booking the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of SIPS 2015 and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
FREE SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In case of non-attendance any attendant can choose to substitute him or herself free of charge with another person he chooses. This can be requested any time before the conference starts. Substitution will be for exactly the same registration and hotel booking package without any changes
ACCEPTANCE
By registering to the summit any attendees is deemed to have accepted the above conditions for registration and accommodation
