A self-correcting material balance of blast furnace model that simulates its technological and operation parameters and provides the right information about thermal state, energy requirement and displays the technical and economical parameters that are necessary for the blast furnace operation has been developed. The model has been proven useful for planning and forecasting the structure of raw materials and for evaluating the efficiency of new ores.
